Early Spring Bi Luo Chun Green Tea 2024 | Eco-Cha Tea Club
Batch 101 of the Eco-Cha Tea Club is an early spring Bi Luo Chun Green Tea that was harvested on February 25, 2024. The video clip below shows Bi Luo Chun Tea leaves after tumble heating and being gently rolled. Here they are resting and cooling off, before going through the conveyer belt dryer.
Shown below are the leaves as they are being spread evenly on their way into the drying machine for the primary run. They go through this dryer twice to become completely dried. Bi Luo Chun is not only the earliest spring tea leaf buds of any type of Taiwanese tea that we source, it is also the least processed —maintaining maximum freshness and original flavor of these newly sprouted leaf buds.
And here we are hauling the very first spring 2024 batch of fully cured leaves out of the factory just 24 hours after they were brought in from the fields from where they were freshly plucked.
