Eco-Cha offers a full refund on any product that is returned to us in its original unopened packaging.
Customer must notify Eco-Cha within 21 days after receiving the product, providing a clearly stated reason for requesting a refund.
Customer should first notify Eco-Cha via email at hello(at)eco-cha(dot)com with a request for a refund on the product to be returned. Upon receiving a reply from Eco-Cha, customer can return the product to our business address at their convenience and at their own cost.
Upon receiving the returned product in its original, unopened packaging. Eco-Cha will immediately provide a full refund on the returned product through the same form of payment used.
