Thanks to Amanda Wilson of My Thoughts Are Like Butterflies for a detailed and thorough review of Eco-Cha Tsui Yu Oolong Tea.
"I suggest checking out the origin tab on their website for all the details on how this tea is harvested, it is fascinating!"
"It is one of those teas that when I take the lid off of my gaiwan to enjoy the aroma it wafts out and fills the room...
This tea takes you on a journey of flavor starting herbal and vegetal and moving to floral and sweet, it is like an adventure in my mouth!"

We recently visited Mr. Liu when we hosted a visitor from Italy who was keen on experiencing the local tea culture. Our guest was truly elated to be served tea by a true artisan of the trade. Mr. Liu served us three different teas that were all locally harvested this past spring. They varied only in their degree oxidation and roasting. And the one that was sufficiently oxidized, but only lightly roasted, immediately impressed us.
