We are happy to announce that we have lowered shipping rates for our U.S. customers.

Since August 2025, following the imposition of new tariffs, we have not been able to ship orders directly to our U.S. customers via Taiwan Post. Tariff-related regulations require us to first ship orders in bulk from Taiwan to the United States via FedEx, after which individual orders are delivered by USPS.

This two-step fulfillment process introduced additional shipping, handling, packaging, and processing costs. As a result, the overall cost of shipping to the United States increased severalfold, and our shipping fees became weight-based to more accurately reflect those costs. Over the past several months, we have gained a clearer understanding of our shipping and fulfillment costs. Thanks to the continued support of our customers, we are now able to absorb a portion of those costs and offer significantly lower shipping rates.

The updated shipping rates are now reflected automatically at checkout.
